I am Bonnie Lindberg, Managing Broker, with Hallmark Realty, an experienced Real Estate Professional specializing in Commercial Properties, Leasing and Land Development opportunities in the Puget Sound Area. 

I started in Real Estate in 1972 with experience in New Construction, Commercial Investment Properties and Land Sales.  In 1979, I managed the New Construction Dept for Wallace and Wheeler, where we found the building site for 50 to 150 unit projects,figured out the mix and presold the condo units. I managed 15 agents in our sale department.  

I also have experience as a custom home builder for 11 years, starting in 1982, building 24 to 48 homes per year.  As the General Contractor, I did all the purchasing, biding, Architectual designing and at times ran the crews.   This has given me a strong understanding, when working with my clients, to evaluate building issues.
